Challenger carts are shipped in crates. Due to size (large) and weight (light) they ship under a class 250, which is quite expensive shipped by itself.
It is very important to check the carts upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Damage should be noted on the bill of lading! Photos should be taken of any damage before AND after removing packaging. Should you discover damage after the driver leaves, call the delivering freight company IMMEDIATELY and ask them to come and do an inspection.
